Argo Val's focus has been on playing the guitar, but he is also intrigued by the variety and movement between contrasting producers of sound. He draws inspiration from real life, and is tightly connected to the imaginary world.

He composes with drum machines alongside with real drummers, keyboards, guitars, and also plays around with captured loops recorded by himself. Harmonies, forward-thinking rhythmic patterns and ambient sounds are often preferred ways for Argo to be involved in music.

Vals has released three full-length solo albums, and has composed music for his musical groups, dance performances, documentaries, TV series and theatre.
