MSCTY Invites criticism; inquiry; openness; suggestion; community. MSCTY Believes that the only boundaries [the only barriers] are dogmatic constructs to be broken down! Tallinn Architecture Biennale [TAB] is the region's biggest architecture and urban planning festival.
The 9 x tracks that we produced come from some of our favourite Estonian artists, and respond to locations in the north of Tallinn [one of the most rapidly developing areas of the city], showcasing a blend of fascinating history alongside constant innovation and progress.
